Last updated: January 2026 — These terms govern your use of the Luxe Home Interior Now website and our renovation services. By accessing our site or signing a service contract, you agree to the terms below.

1. Service Agreement

All renovation services are governed by a separate written contract signed between you and Luxe Home Interior Now. The contract will specify scope, materials, timeline, total fixed price, payment schedule, and warranty terms. In case of conflict, the signed contract supersedes these terms.

2. Quotes and Estimates

Initial estimates provided on this website or through consultations are non-binding. A binding fixed-price quote is issued only after the on-site discovery visit and is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

3. Payment Terms

A 30% deposit is required to schedule your project. Milestone payments are due at agreed phases (framing, mechanical, finish). Final payment is due upon project completion and your signed acceptance of the punch list.

4. Change Orders

Any change to scope, materials, or design after the contract is signed must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties. The change order will specify any cost or timeline adjustment.

5. Warranty

We provide a 10-year workmanship warranty on all labor and installation. Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials and appliances. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to info@luxehomeinteriornow.info.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your project within 3 business days of signing the contract for a full deposit refund. Cancellations after this window are subject to a 15% restocking fee on materials already ordered.

7. Limitation of Liability

Luxe Home Interior Now's liability is limited to the total contract value. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, or for damages caused by acts of God, third parties, or pre-existing structural conditions not disclosed at the time of contract.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Sullivan County, Tennessee.
